I am a very enthusiastic, innovative, glass half-full creative leader who thrives on balancing left and right brain activities.

I led a team of ten digital and graphic designers, video editors, copywriters and visual merchandisers for all digital, email, media, brand, retail, education and packaging content, interfacing with outside creative agencies, photographers and videographers.

Being a creative, collaborative business partner to bring brands to life in consumer-focused ways is my happy place. I am very comfortable influencing up, sideways, diagonal.

My sweet spot is inspiring, clearing the path, leading and building teams, establishing processes and guidelines to deliver the very best creative for a consumer.
